Under the leadership of chef Afonso Dantas, the restaurant rescues the essence of an authentic Alentejo - a forgotten Alentejo where tradition gains new life through the union of elegance and innovation, always with profound respect for Alentejo roots. The young chef, originally from Madeira, has created a culinary vision that celebrates regional heritage while embracing contemporary techniques.
The restaurant offers two sophisticated tasting menus: Poda Longa and Poda em Vaso, both available with expertly curated wine pairings that showcase the estate's exceptional wines.
